sorry, im such an ass. iv been in this forum for a month or so and i havent intro'ed myself.

well, my name is chris, im a college working towards two degrees in engineering and math. i used to work at a garage but quit because of a lack of women (seriously). im ASE certified in engine performance and engine repair. i decided not to take the mechanic route because being a mechanic= no life

i know a few that are doing heavy work ( replacing engines and transmissions ) making around $50 / hour, nothing wrong with that

Yeah, I pay my mechanic $40/hr cash on the side to work on my car. There is some serious potential for mechanics.

depends where you go my mechanic charges 50$

but sinc ei always help him out with what ever work is being done to my car he charges me almost nothing
