Now I'm about 6'1 245 lbs or so. I haven't hit the gym much lately so I have no idea how much I could throw up. I think I could still bench 275-300. Back in college I was doing 375 without too much problem.

I have friends though who compete in strongman contests who make me look like Pee Wee.

The guy on the left is my buddies roommate who competes nationally in strongman.

He's like 6'6 and almost 300 I believe. I don't mess with him.
