18,000 Men Ready To Fight It is amazing that this photo, taken so many years ago,actually still exists! And now, someone has put it online for all of us to see. This INCREDIBLE picture was taken in 1918. It is 18,000 men preparing for war in a training camp at Camp Dodge, in Iowa . EIGHTEEN THOUSAND MEN!!!!! What an effort! you need to go look and see the pic of all the ground troops that were a in formation for the kick off of desert storm back in 1991 to listen to a general speak. There was no fancy statue of liberty formation, but it rivaled that by a long shot. Over 100,000 if I remember right.

Im pretty sure it was well over 100k, there was a huge turnout for that.
point i was getting at is it seems like there are a less amount of enlisted people these days. plus remember the population of the day, 18k is a LOT of damn people.

cool pic. and 18k people was nothing rams.given that in WW1 about 17million people died.did they even make it to war?(didnt think america sent many troops in WW1 or was it just a pic of showing troops in a fancy picture.what does nothing lol.
now this is a picture of troops.no fancy bullshit.just lined up.

or a true picture of force like the one i posted.18k is fuk all.more people probley died in 20mins then the pic of 18k people. but thanks for the war help.tho it was abit too late. like i said its a good pic.but 18k is nothing
