LOL, nice rip off to dancing in the rain, but I kinda trhink that the new GTI is ugly, too big of a front grill, the european liscence plates kind of moderate it but imagine it with American plates...

LOL

Many don't like the looks, but you really can't call it a bad car. Not by any stretch.

Tell me, how many 5th generation Golfs have you driven yet? Thought so.

I have to admit it, I sat in a MKV Jetta and it was damn luxurious, and very comforatable. not so much into the looks though, but they did keep the GTI in its sporty image, which is good.

The MK5 is much improved. The chassis is mega rigid. It has less sterring input/torque steer than any FWD I've ever driven. It's even moderately neutral for an FWD.

I think the MK4 looks better...but the MK5 sure as hell drives better.

it was a joke, sorry you can't detect sarcasm online. Oh and to answer your question, I've never drive or ridden in a Golf or Jetta. I kinda like their looks (not sure how they perform) but I've heard someone say they are the biggest German disaster since the Hindenburg. That too, was a joke.
