No construction workers around, didn't look like any was in any danger. Some people are real asshats telling on people. He should have hid the camera, but I think their has to be some kind of laws against cops seizing the video tapes. But I dunno, if you're gonna be doing that, hide the camera or don't get caught, hehehehe.
