can someone please tell me what a "Navy" crankshaft is?

is it out of a marine motor or something?

According to his site a "navy" crankshaft is:

"Navy crankshaft is a crankshaft frome a boat "mariner" and by putting that in your B230 it will make your engine 2.5liters instead of 2.3liters."
"Navy crankshaft is a forged crankshaft with 86mm stroke, instead of cast and 80mm"
