there should be rules to the license plate, if you dont have money to ship it or not pass around the plate and keep it, life ban for you.

With signing the plate, what about mods and tremek sign the front everyone else signs the back?

Why should the mods get to sign the front? I agree with Tremek signing the front but not the mods.
