Both are just names of setups with two turbos.
"Twin Turbo" is English and can be used to describe sequential (turbos plumbed in series) and parallel (one turbo on each cylinder bank) setups. "Biturbo" means the exact same thing, but is the German interpretation. It's typically used to describe European cars. Let's get it right n00bs.
