uh sell it to a junkyard...they'll take it and part it out and just leave the teh car...unless they are an upstanding junkyard (they exist) and they wont take it but other then that it sounds like a waste of time

by the way this should probly be in off topic

maybe thats wherei would have put it

This car was running at one time and it was pretty fun, but i kinda broke it and thats why its left at my place. i do have all that i need to fix it back to better then before. the only real problem it has is the transmission, oter then that its nearly brand new condition.

why dont you call your local division of motor vehicles, they can probably help you out with what to do with it.

The procedure varies from state to state. Contact you county or state probate office (or whatever they call it in your state where you get your tags) They will be able to help you with the regulations in your area. Here in AL it has to be reported abandoned (by you) and after a period of time, you place it in the paper as being abandoned and title being applied for. use the crappiest local paper that no one reads. Just has to be publiclly available. After the add is run for a week or two and No one claims it, you can apply for abandoned title. Pay the fees and she's yours!
