A pretty decent aftermarket performance clutch will cost you $300-$500. Then installation. And it should take about a day or two. Depending on how busy they are, and if they have the parts. Dealer would be the last place I would take it to have a clutch put in it though.

I did the clutch on my tracker a while back with the help of a good frined. Its not that difficult. The work is hard but the actual replacement is simple. Get a good tech manual (I recommend talking to the Mitsu dealer or searching e-bay for a Factory Service Manual, its what the mechanics use) and a friend. As far as tools, I needed a 1/2" drive ratchet (tight bolts) lots of extensions and a couple universal joints, a 3/8" drive ratchet, pretty much just get a full ratchet/socket set and wrenches. Vise grips may come in handy, and if you don't have a couple strong guys to help you, I highgly recommend renting a transmission jack if possible. My car was down for about 4 days working after school on it.
