Dont take it to a quick lube to change the oil. Let the car cool down ALOT before changing the oil!!! The oil filter is right abovethe exhaust. When you remove the filter, a little (or alot) of oil will dribble onto the exhaust and catch on FIRE if it is still too hot. Change it yourself, or take a book to read if you go somewhere to have it changed(it willl be HOT even if driven down the street)
Paid a little much but looks to be in GREAT condition. Sometimes its worth it to pay a little more!

$5500 for a 240sx? Is that US or Canadian$? What is the conversion if Canadian?
I paid $1800 US for mine and its like new! My best friend paid $400 for his singlecam. It is in such great shape that the radiator reservoir is still white and uncracked! (240sx owners know what I mean). Al that was wrong with it was the clearcoat looked like crap. |

wow, how is that a big premium for an 1989 MR2?
The blue book value is 2000 to 3000. And this wasn't a normal MR2(and thats obvious) the tires he threw in were m7 tires so it wasnt over priced at all. He's just trying to make a profit for the car he put work into. and besides i'm happy with the car. I know its an oversteer car, but i like to be challenged. |
