Default Not Video But I Need Help With 240sx!!

Hello everyone I got a few Nissan 240SX and I was wondering how to put a SR20DET engine into my 89 240SX. Is there any mods. that I must do to the frame so the SR20DET engine will fit or do I just place it on there as if it were a stock nissan 240sx engine. Also anyone know any cheap sites to get SR20DET engines. THANKS A TON!!

Ok listen there is a technical section to place this. This is not a video so you do not put it in the video section. Now that i got that out of the way, www.heavythrottle.com and click on the install FAQ

HT is a good place to look. Yes it bolts right in, but no it does not just hook right up (wiring)!

Why SR? So many cheaper and more powerful options!

RB25DET, SR20DET, CA18DET, or maybe even an RB26DETT/ rb25 and rb26 are skyline engines, and SR20 and CA18 are Silvia engines. look at this site for some prices on clips (your going to need them when you do the swap) http://www.jrautoparts.com/nissan_clip1.htm
