My TCS (traction control system) is really pissing me off, Not only does it not work when i peel out off launch, but if i hit a turn it taps the brakes and messes up my rhythm. Even if i turn it off it still pisses me off that i have to and it cakes my rims in brake dust. In my own opinion i think its point less to have
anyone else share my fustration.??

what kind of car?
TCS can help you when you need it but if its not turning off and you want it to there is a way to disable it. NOT recommended if you have a warranty!

Your TC/ESP is not causing the brake dust. That's just from normal braking. |

what the helll are u driving.... unless you have something like mine where you can fully disengage it ... ur ****ed... if u drive like a grand prix or something when u turn it off...all u are doing is allowing slightly more wheel spin so you can get unstuck your not gonna launch any better or go any faster... its so u can get unstuck.

your right it is but on my car for example it uses the wheel speed sensors and both the TCS and ABS use them. if i were to unplug one of them then toggle the ignition i would not have either that is if i unhook one of the front WSS if i do the back i will just lose the ABS . i beleive its the same on a subaru not sure ohh well thats what the shop foreman told me at my local dealership said but i have never done it no need not racing right now lol cant afford to break shit

Most cars It will still kick in to some extent with it "off", Just not as much.
To fully disable it just pull the TC fuse, or ABS fuse, depending on your car.
