Default Stubborn Flywheel bolts

How do you get them off? Impact?

What if you were in a junkyard and had to remove one without power tools? Any suggestions?

I'm heading to do this exact thing tomorrow, and I'm a little concerned about being able to get those bolts off without killing my damn self.

Good leverage, good tools, good arms, good luck.

Impact gun = Win though.

Arent the flywheel bolts on a Mazda metric meaning 12point? Anyways like someone mentioned if u can get your hands on a flywheel holder it would be easy if u don't have a cordless impact. All it does is hold it from turning the motor. Shocking the bolts with a brass hammer or using pb blaster works too.

they all came off, except 1 which ended up ripping to shreds under the duress of a HiTorq Impact gun. Now.....to find 1 stinkin replacement bolt.....and we're golden.
