problem in civic A/C

I have a honda civic 2000. Recently I having a problem in my air condition its stop cooling in day time when outside temperature is really hot its work for a while but as I drove few miles in bright sunny hot weather it start blowing hot air some time it start cooling again after 10, 15 minutes only for minute or so then again blow hot air but in evening or night time it cooling perfectly. Only problem starts in day time.

Yes my freon is charged. I changed my Condenser last year its working fine. Any other recomendations....

the Condenser requires more hp than your engine makes?

connect the ac straight up the vtak, should work just fine
