Default tips/tricks on gettin rid of body moldings

looking to get rid of the plastic strips that go down the side of my truck anyone got any tips or tricks on removal, i think there just held on by some sort of adhesive

step two, drive slowly against that tree.

if i remember correctly, it is like two way tape holding it on, just pull it off. i know the stangs are like that.

park the 1st side you plan on doing facing the hot sun for several hours. Next, get some high capacity fishing line ( 20 lb test ) work it in behind the molding and w/ the help of a friend work the fishing line up and down and back and forth while the friend pulls the molding away slowly. You can soften up tough spots w/ some goo gone.
