Depends on if Z06 or non z06
The Z06 runs up to about 180mph in 5th gear with 405hp. 6th gear is useless. Just way too tall of a gear to pull anything. The z also has a quicker ratio 6 speed. So 500hp. It would be close and need a long road to do so to pull 6th ALL STOCK TRANNY / REAR Ratio 3:42

I would think a stock diff c5 would need at least 600 rwhp if not more. with just 500 hp would probably need a taller gear, and even that would be pushing it to get over the drag at that speed.
