Default audi problems

I have an 03 audi a6 and it driving me crazy. I keep failing inspection and I'm not understanding. The first time I failed the codes read that my front two o2senseors was bad so I changed them. the check engine light went off and i went back through. I failed again and now it's saying the passanger side back o2 senseors wasn't working fixed that. It took about two to three days to come back on, but it's on now. I haven't checked the codes yet, but I noticed while the light was off for the two days it was still codes that came up saying the heated catylist on the same side that I changed both senseors. Can anyone explan any of this? I'll try to get the codes that it's reading now. thanks

It's a 3.0L and got about 105k on it. I have been to the dealer for them to reset the codes and they did, but the same codes come right back up right away. It could be my catalytic converter. I was doing some research and found out their was faulty in the cat for the 3.0L model. I am in denial cause it cost 800 dollors and didn't think it would go bad so quick.

It would help to indicate what emissions test specifically you are failing (i.e. HC, NOX, CO).. that could point us in the direction of possible culprits.

I would try to find a local tuner shop that has the software to tune your car, pay them a 1 time fee and have ALL the emissions codes tuned out. Worked for me, and I pass inspection w/ no codes and the inspection computer wont be able to read your car any different.

there are tricks to pass it without tuning, i.e.: the right fuel mixture, add enough alcohol to your highest octane gas and add even a can of octane booster with about 10L of high octane and you should pass it, just dont put to much

I didnt catch is your car turbo? if so check out the AMM, biggest **** ever.

yes it passed w/ flying colors. the testing computer told the inspector my car was running at 98% efficency....LMAO. In NC you have to have more than 32% tint, cats, mufflers, A.I.R., EGR. Out of those I have the 2 bullet mufflers lol. It's ALL in the tuning. My computer tells the state computer what it wants to hear to pass,.....TA DA....I pass. That is why I paid $350 for a good quality tune, that and the extra power you get from a great tune, drivability and better gas mileage.
