pretty much all the crap from a 5.0L mustang will work.
IE rearend/trannys/wheels/ all 5.0L engine stuff. I think they are also the foxbody. never was into the lincoln. im sure someone will correct me. are they long tube or shorty? Shorty equal length or unqual? dynomax is ok. just make sure you get the locking header bolts and retighten them after a few healthy miles. |

i wouldnt go all out with 4.10s unless hes gonna be racing it, just start with some 3.73's everybody says gears are the best mod to do and they aint expensive. couple hundred to buy and get them in stalled if u dont to it urself. theres a bunch of stuff u can find from the junkyard for 5.0 engines and gain performance, like the upper/lower intake manifolds from a late 90's 5.0 explorer are gt40 manifolds. let me find a thread for junkyard parts for ya

dude gears is the best for a buck mod. get 3.73 and it wont really hurt ya gas milage. get a full exhaust, intake. ac delete , and underdrive pulls. also u could find a cobra intake manifold cheap up there with new throttle body , would be decent gains.

first dump the low output heads and find a set of H.O heads, or like johnny said, find a scrap exploder and rape the gt40 heads and intake..the car is based on t birds but it's just a longer fox platform and it has slightly better breaks the the stangs.. ditch the 273 gears the automash!t came with for better gears. gears are cheap. cheap headers and an off road h pipe will do the trick, you don't need high buck headers, you won't feel the difference.

if i remember correctly under 98 is gt40, over 98 is gt40 p, you will need different headers.
