yea and they have that spray that will prevent that from happening....my parents cars came with it from the dealership

if you want to go the cheap route, use some coke-a-cola and a old tooth brush, ask Ukunt for the tooth brush as he is british and never uses his.

You can use a mixture of baking soda and water to clean the battery and then use a spray oil like WD40 to keep the terminals clean.
Ive also heard, dont remember where, that supergluing a penny (has to be copper) close to each terminal will help keep the corrosion down. Or get some of those red and green battery washers from your local parts store and put them under your battery cables before you put them on your battery.
