just curious to see what you guys use? im usin amsoil in the Z. and put what kidna vehicle it goes in

97 Prelude. Takes 5 quarts, typically I use 4 quarts of Castrol and 1 quart Lucas additive. Used Royal Purple before but I just can't justify the $3.00 each more per qt with the amount of miles I have (155,000) I'll go back to the Purple after the motor rebuild/replacement.

did use quaker state but will never use it again, probley will go to vavoline or castrol, and i use either K&N or Mobil1 filter

when i was getting ready to clic on the thread i told myself, im gonna have to put Motul as nobody knows it and probably isnt in the vote... DAMN i was surprised

I drink Motul for breakfast, best damn oil, when its new it smells like banana extract or something, very sweet smell, and you know youre due for a change when it smells like fried bananas!

i use castrol , tho it all gets burned up , diesel oil didnt burn but it smells damn stincky ..

mobil is pretty popular i used to use it before i went to amsoil a couple months ago

mobil 1 is like kool aid to my car.....it drinks the hell out of it. I switched to Valvoline and will never go back, last time was 3,200 miles and didn't burn off a drop.

to many road trips lol

It's the fact that my cam is generally used as a N2o cam and that is how it is tuned, yet I don't have the juice to it yet and the cam overlap and running a rich tune will cause slight oil burn off.

in my stang she drink grape juice aka royal purple.
jetta i top it off with what ever i got close by, it leaks like a *****
truck get the same as the jetta cause i have yet to change the oil in it, but it will get 20w50 castrol when the time comes.

after trying a lot of different weight oil types , i use 15w40 now , can some one explain for me the difference between numbers , and wich is the best for a car that DRINKS a lot of oil .
