brake lights wont go off

i got out of work tonight and my battery was dead, i got a jump and my brake lights were on but my headlights werent up (s13), i thought the headlight motors shorted and burnt up the battery or something. any who, i got everything together and was going down the road, and my tail lights werent getting any brighter as i braked. i couldnt wrap my brain around what was going on. i got to my house turned off the car, and my brake lights are still gleaming into the night. i read up on it and i think its the brake switch?, does any one know where that is on a s13, it also has....wait, had, cruise control if that helps any info will be graetly appreciated

Try checking the brake light switch on the pedals, it could be stuck on.


If that fails to work smash the taillights

You need to check the brake light swicth. Just follow the brake pedal all the up until you see it. You might find one at your local car shop if not you'll have to get creative in order to fix the it.
