hmm i dont think the turbo would even spool that up high on a E-check.not to reachfull boost.but if it has a electric boost controler i dont see why u cant turn it down.im sure lots of other cars do put it on low boost if there worried about it

i dont think you even have to turn it down i think just as long as your check engine light hasnt come on your good at least here in illinois what state are you from mem?

like me, my parents own a smog shop so i can pass no matter what...probaly the same with the supras, they probaly know ppl or put hollow cats on it hopping it would still pass and put boost pretty low i would think
no cats=no pass turbo on N/A car=no pass no stock intake = no pass California is too damn strict on emissions =-(
