Default general 1/4 panel ?

I purchased new 1/4's from Classic Industries, Im curious whats the differance between quarter panels and skins? i bought skins for a replacement of the whole rear quarter,(also if anyone cares to know they were sent dented in 4 different places scratched terribly and i called to ship them back and they wont take them back because its "common" to send bad parts to people let alone they hung up on me then i called back and waited 15 minutes on hold for them to tell me they cant take them back and if they did i would have to pay $202 for shipping some customer service!!!) so can someone anwser the difference question?

found this here

"a quarter-skin or a full quarter-panel. The differences between the two are not major. The skin is literally the outer skin of the quarter (there is no taillight panel end or trunk lip). The full quarter is identical to the original quarter installed by the manufactuer, including a trunk lip, a front weld lip, and the lead-seam channel at the roof."

Did you try year-one? Year One

hope this helps
