Default Amateur Drift Car - S13 180SX ?!

I consider bying a purpose drift only car, but just as starter car...

It need'nt be street legal,
so my planned modifications for the first year are:

running a CA18DET (EUDM S13s come stock with these)
HD Stage 1 Chip
Colder Spark Plugs
complete Turbo back decat 3" pipe
HKS EVC III with std. T25 running around 1,1 bar
air filter
maybe a Saab/other cheaper FMIC,

this should be enough to produce in the area of around 210 - 230 hp & 270 nm

a suspension + , but i don't know wether just springs will do it,
and i think to stiff is also bad for a drift car?!

stripped interior of course and some stiffening up of the chassis...

The budget should be kept as low as possible, and looks is not the first concern,

My questions are, if it will be enough power to be able to do drifts at also 2end gear ?

And what 1/4 time could one expect with a common good driver and decent tires?

:banghead:

a stiff suspension is good because a stiff rear is easy to swing out...

i wrote it a bit unclear :banghead:

i want to be able to drift at bit higher speeds, eg. around 40 mph, and thought if this will be possible with that kind of torque and hp...

So the stiffer the suspension set up, the bether ?

welding the std. diff will do the job?

No offense or anything here but if you had to ask that kinda thing, you have no business "drifting" on public (mountain) roads. At least not until you know what your doing. Nothing is worth more than seat time.
