No thats not true. The STi wing doesnt fall off. Ive been on a Subaru forum for over a year and have yet to hear of one falling off even at high speeds. It actually is useful for added downforce on the car. A few STi guys dewing there STI for less attention. It does look pretty decent depending on color.

I dont really like the design of the new altima. It looks like they over did it. The interior is pretty nice though.

yes it does fall off, maybe not on the 2007 edition but on previous models (sti of course) it would get loose and sh1t like that

in the contrary of what teamjordan23 says i would like to mention that that WING is way too small and short for it to have ANY f#cking use whatsoever, it would need to be roof height and as wide as the car, and also the car would have to be going 200km/h for it to have any effect on top of the car being completely stripped from its guts.

i saw a project in a magazine it was called "unricing the Sti" they basically ripped all the goofy sh1t out of th sti and painted it flat black and it was awesome. but as i said for the price difference, you are better off getting a 2.5 rs and doing what YOU like to it, and not be stuck with Blue Gay seats, a Sh1twing nor an icecream scooper up on the hood
and i dont want to hear some St00pid Goumba sayin "oh that wing does so much" or "that scoop is so useful"

burgh, i dont mean to be a dildo but thats a Zonda... the rear of the car is way higher than the front and the car is balanced to stand on a finger. of course it makes a difference, on top of it being Rear engine Rear Wheel drive...

but yes, my nuts are numb

it dont really matter about the front.as there there to keep the ass down.the porka front isnt that much lower then the back. it also has the engine in the back to hold the ass down.

Im not gonna start a arguement about this but where do you get your information.

First off the wing doesnt fall off on any edition of the STi. Its not glued on there. Second the wing is useful. It does add downforce on the car. At 124mph it adds 73 pounds of downforce. Not that most people go there. But take one of these cars to an autox course and Im sure your gonna feel a difference with the wing. Its all about aerodynamics.

Lastly how can you say the hoodscoop is not needed. The hoodscoop is used to cool off the top mount intercooler and engine. How could it be useless? Without it the top mount intercooler would get heat soak and the car will run like sh*t. The reason the STi has a top mount intercooler is for less lag compared to FMIC on the stock turbo. Upgrade the turbo and go FMIC then you can get rid of the hoodscoop (if you want).

Auto guide show, they said it a couple of times the wing gets loose and its sh1t, and sure there is a use at 124mph, like i said AT 200KM/h, good thing you can r-e-a-d a post properly before replying

and doesent your little picture show the hood scoop is bs??

c'mon could it be more obvious? it just looks like a good place for all the shit on the road to fly in.
And i wont take this car to an auto-x as i find it costs way too much for something that looks straight out of a Cereal Box along with Speed Racer and his dildo Monkey.
And hey my Brick OWNS it ! and how gay is that! ITS AN AUTO!!!!

At high speeds the wing tends to get shaky. But not to the point that its gonna fall off. Thats why they sell wing stabalizers but who drives at those speeds at a daily basis. The magazine you read is full of it.

And I did read your whole post. Even though from the first sentence I could tell it was gonna be BS. You stated and I quote "it would need to be roof height and as wide as the car, and also the car would have to be going 200km/h for it to have any effect on top of the car being completely stripped from its guts." Im saying that the stock wing on a stock STi (not gutted) can get the same downforce without having those factors you stated. Whatever man you can hate the STi's design, doesnt bother me.

Also if you read the last part of my post under the pics, you will see why the hoodscoop is important. Its not there just for aerodynamics and stuff to fly in. Why would Subaru put stuff on there car that is not functional in some way.

Doesent that prove alot on the quality of the car ¿ "it tends to get shaky" ?
and it wasnt a magazine, it "guide de L'auto" with Jacques Duval ex F1 driver, rally driver, lemans driver.... he's still the man, and i believe he calls Bullsh1t on a car its pretty damn right!

Yes(204.3) but it got re-edited and the new turbo is way bigger, the manifold is ported (and racing cat is put!), and the fuel flow is up , and the t5r turbo gives out 92hp at 9psi and its running almost 15, and there is computer play going on
