99 accord possible gas filling problem

Default 99 accord possible gas filling problem

So, my buddy's gotta 99 accord and lately when he fills up it seems not to fill up all the way. before this thing started he could fil up and it'd be on F for about 50 miles but now it it doesnt fill up as much as it used to. any possible ideas? thanks guys

like they said above, sounds like the float is stuck

my '91 accord never shows a full tank, about 3/4 is as much as it shows even if i fill it to the top of the filler neck

My honda has an access panel under the rear seat to get to the fuel pump, not sure on your buddy's, worth a look so you dont have to drop the tank
