***UPDATE***
SUCCESS!!!!! :thumb: The secondary O2 sensor was the culprit. How you ask? It is interesting since I DON'T HAVE A SECONDARY O2 SENSOR!!! Well, here's why: Car is 97 - OBD-II Engine is 94 - OBD-I removed secondary O2 sensor and clipped wire, seals with electric tape and installed in a flex loom. Flex loom is right above exhaust pipe (hot hot hot) and melted the wires together causing a ground out, blowing the fuse! SO, seperated the wires, sealed them off and installed in new flex loom and zip tied to shift linkage so they would not fall down and touch exhaust and melt together again. Installed new 15A ECU fuse in space 31 and BAM! it starts and runs! I would like to take this opportunitiy to that Honda Motor Co for free access to their ENTIRE honda repair manuals which made this electical chase possible. ![]() ***PS - I still HATE electrical problems with a passion***
