Well, I'm going to be embarking on a project to put the turbo from a Volvo 760 Turbo into my 240 DL Wagon. Why you ask? Why do something so retarded? Well, the engine from the 760 was trashed, and what else to do with a perfectly good set of coolers and a turbo.
SO! Moving on, there is a performance shop more-less "attached" to my dad's shop. The guy owns a dyno and does all sorts of tuning. Now he is saying that I need to slap the turbo straight onto my engine(and the manifold), as well as get a new exhaust and install the few coolers that I will have(inter, transmission, and oil). So what I'm wondering if there is anything you guys think I should do. I'm not at all looking to make this some performance monster or anything, just get the extra 50~hp from the turbo, and just have a freaking turbo

-- Any reccomendations or red flags you guys see? The car has 185,500 miles on it, and is still running perfectly. Volvo's are notorious for running forever so I'm not seeing any major problems with it.
