Also, I'm trying to avoid all chrome rims, I don't think it'd look right on a chrome yellow stang. And 250 hp is a bit low, I'm expecting closer to 310-320, if I ever get to a dyno I'll be sure to show you all the results.

Here's the other style I was looking at:

Yeah I know it's still got the chrome lip, but I'm sorta into that. Other color possibility is anthracite:

Let me know if any of those seem less ricey, I'm a bad judge.

As for the brake lines, going SS. And here's a picture of the car:

Does anything think lowering a fox body a little looks ricey too? Because I'm thinking about that as well.

Have you been to the site for the heads? Pretty sure it's in my signature, but here's a link to encourage you to check: http://www.powerheads.com/SB50.html These heads are crap compared to the trickflow heads with giant ports, and the new Z heads ford's making, but then again for a stock displacement 302, I'm pretty sure close to 300 cfm is overkill. Also, this is a budget build until I get some sort of degree, then maybe I'll look into $1,500 heads, in addition to a Paxton supercharger and a built 347 short block.

And as for a 3.8L mustang, it's the model ford came up with so it could combine all the disadvantages found in the 5.0 and the 2.3, no power, and no rev capabilities. At the same time, it's also the kind of mustang you can find for $500, which is good for starting a project.

Tubular GT40 intake, 24lb injectors, bigger MAF and TB. Roller rockers (1.6), under drive pulley kit.
