Yeah, my friend has an older S281 convertible and the car looks really good, but I've driven it and it's not really that fast. It's not worth $77,000 either. :banghead:

I will say though, that thing does get a lot of b1tches, so it's whatever your priority is.

No, thats what a stock "new" GT makes. They come from the factory with 300bhp (at the crank, at sea level). By the time you factory in drive train loss approx. 15% - 20% (trans, rear end) thats what you get at the tires.
And thats got to be a std. transmission, not a auto. (auto would have been less power). Same thing with the 99-04 PI mustang GT motors, 260bp and you are lucky to get 215hp at the wheels! Pretty sad but thats just the way it goes. On the Saleen note, you are paying for 90% name, 15% body kit and 5% peformance. I would never own a Saleen. Only the S7! Save your money and buy a Cobra.

that has the same engine as a gt, they have different saleen models, some of the saleens are supercharged i forget the model though
