Default horsepower on stock internals?

wondering if anyone has a idea how much HP i can push on stock internals or if you have a turbo upgrade if u upped internals??

and b18sol knows......DAMN SKITTLES!!!!!!!!:thumpup:

260/270hp max is reliable with turbo upgrade :thumb:

The S3 225hp turbo is a good choice : Corrado 1L8T vs Mitsu Evo 6

I know this is a crime to say but get the upgraded turbo and turn the boost down a bit to run 250hp, that should be decently safe since your head and pistions are new...I can't find upgraded rods for a 2000 1.8T anywhere, what am I doing wrong?

if your talking about a 1.8t, they can handle around 300whp on stock internals.

jabba chip or remaps here for the 1.8 vag turbo run 1.1bar and are 212bhp. all stock so they can hold alot more boost then 10psi stock.bottom end is forged standed.(im sure they are)

umm i dont think you know what your talking about
a motor cant handle a certian amount of psi, it that amounth of power. you could have a little turbo at 20, but u can only handle a bigger one at 10 psi.

yea there forged. and yes people run k03's at 20+psi all the time
