That sucks. None of the pictures they posted on ebay show any of that damage. From the looks of it, it probably happened after the pics were taken. If you look at the pics around the window (the same thing happened to my car) the pics on ebay show that they are still good. If it were me I would have returned it, or turned it into a drag car

Frame damage, unibody damage, a bad right front tie rod, rusted struts, and a bad transmission have been confirmed
I have to get two estimates for the damage now and send them to ebay and hopefully they'll honor the buyer protection. Also the engine warranty will cover most of the repairs but this is still going to be like another $1000 out of my pocket. Ugh, I'm thinking if ebay just refunds my money I'll try to sell this heap and find a better one locally. But I dont think they will..I think they only pay the repair shops directly. |

i would say contact paypal and report a fraud, i sold one of my Fossil watches to some jerk off and he whined cuz there was a sctrach on the band which i told him it was USED!!!
so now i got the watch back and had to repay him so you might wanna look into it, paypal will just take the money out of his account like it did mine.. |
