Default Idle Problem - Code 43

Well, I had the engine code checked and it's code 43 which for this ECU is fuel system related...the shop tells me that from the way the car is acting, they are 80% sure it's an O2 sensor that is going out. Today after driving the car and leaving the check engine light on, and then lettting it set and idle, the fluxuation started back WHILE THE ENGINE WAS UP TO TEMP, which is what ruled out the FITV. THIS, they said, is what makes it sound like an O2 sensor that is going out. So, here is what I found:

http://www.densoproducts.com/results...umber=234-4209

I was told this is the best to get and this is the cheapest I could find this one. Anyone else know where to get anything better, let me know. Needless to say the FITV is on ebay now

...the saga continues

I swear to God, I haven't thought about selling the car, but I HAVE though about getting a different swap cause of this crap I asked about a K20 swap in the Sol, which would go from being a Del Sol to a K Sol, but I'm getting quotes of $7500-$8000 for everything needed, totally installed and turn key ready I want a K Sol bad, but not $8000 bad

I looked at the H22 but I lose A/C and power steering. Power steering, eh, no big deal. A/C? I live in Phoenix, aka 121F in the summer, SCREEWWWWW that

K20 is just a sik swap. Anyone got any pics of a K20 swapped Sol? I think I just hi-jacked my own thread.

In a Honda...hmmm...I wonder if it could be done, relatively cheap? I know you can put ANYTHING in ANYTHING if the check clears, but mine wouldn't

I really wouldn't love a F20C swap, but this fools not runnin a Honda Two-Thouwwwsand, he's running FWD

Thanks man, yeah that sucked. I was all happy when I went to bed and in the morning on the way to work, I swear I was like 5 times as angry as before. Sounds like it's an O2 sensor problem so I'm going to check that when I get home today. I had the check engine light come on before and it was from the O2 sensor connector coming unhooked, so I'll check that although that is unlikely this time. If it is hooked up, I'll get a new one.

Hey, by the way did you get your inbox cleaned out? I tried to send you a message and it said it was full. :thumb:
