Anyways... I check out the performance stuffs on the site and they all seem to say:

at the bottom of the Turbo upgrades, Ionno, im confused beacuse ive heard only Stage 2 and up is illegal... I really would like Stage 1's and a Blow off valve T_T...

NONE of the Stage X Upgrades are legal in CA. Do cops know what to look for, NO. Will stage I and II pass the emissions test, YES.

So honestly it's up to you. The only way a cop will know is if he hears. If he asks you to rev up the car, your ****ed.

Check out page 8 of "What mods do you have done?"

I've been running those mods for 2 years now, pulled over twice, and the cops don't have a damn clue. Granted all of my mods are done EXTREMELY well by myself, and I chose to hide as much of everything as I could for legal reasons.

Also, I suggest to EVERYONE here in CA, get a copy of the smog check station technician handbook and emissions books, and learn what you can get away with!

PS: If your gonna race, take it out on the track. No sense in yet another 16yr old screwing my insurance rates cause they can't drive.

most vw's use dv's they make almost the same sound

my friend in the airforce in virgin said blowoff vauvles were illegaly there but dv's werent. insted of blowwing the air into the atmostphere it recycles it back into the intake. what do srt4's use stock?

God i want a BOV so badly... 60 dollar upgrade and its illegal just makes me want to just say screw it and upgrade to stage 3 turbos, use yellow cat eye headlamps, etc. and then race all over CA... GOD I FREAKIN HATE CA!!!!!!!!

hmmm and a CAT delete exhaust...

btw, whats the engine do when you rev a stage 1 to death?

dude your a spoiled brat, unlike you most of us work hard for what we have. Things are not given to us on a platter to take, you dont even have a job :loser1: You and your PARENTS srt-4( its not yours you didnt buy it) can go eat sh*t. and if you dont know what happens when you rev the sit out of motor you shouldn't own a car. Wow... Jesus H Christ... what side of the bed did you wake up on?

Just to tell you, Im not a modern car fan. I dont know much about newer cars, Im a Scat Pack fan... Also, It is legally my car because Im signing all paper work while they just pay for it.... But Jesus... I dont want to hear other people bull**** either and you just gave me a bunch of it...

anyways... Moving on... My father wont sign the contract thingy saying I can drive or w/e unless I get a car with safety. Then when I turn 18, I can get myself a real car...
