I don't think it comes down to being right or wrong. Dyno results can vary widely from dyno to dyno (even of the same type, and even on the same dyno from run to run). What you have to do is realize this and base improvements on percentage gains in power. If you dyno you car on two different dyno's and the first one says 100 hp (just to make it easy) and the second says 130 that doesn't mean one is wrong. If you go back to the first dyno do some mods and get 150 hp the second time (a 50% increase) you would expect to go to the second on and get 195 hp. Don't assume one is wrong because it gets different numbers.
