there ya go. BTW, if there's any of you who dont know Evo the car magazine then I'd suggest go to Borders or Barnes and Noble and check it out. It's my favorite and one of the best out there.

I've had them both. If you want an STI, get an STI. The WRX just isn't as fun. The transmission sucks. The power isn't there. The stock turbo will only take you up in power a little bit when you add everything else.

Save yourself in the long run, get an 05 STI.

my plan was to get a wrx and find a wrecked sti that had the motor/tranny wtill good in it, and do a swap, kind of a sleeper, then build the motor and work on the drivetrain, and suspension

Is that a 350-400whp STi being followed by a 250whp Miata? It seems like the STi is doing all it can to pull away, and the camera car is just driving smooth and making him look like a fool. It's a typical scenario with "slow" Miatas at the tracks around here.

#1 I don't think its a miata
#2 The point of the video wasn't for the Subaru to pull away from the camera car. What would you see then? Its was a showcase of some sort. I don't think the Subaru would have been forcing drifts if he was trying to pull away.
