There are a few here in North Carolina. Few is the key word though lol. Rte 181 from Banner Elk to the top of Beech Mtn. Also there is a road called Tail of the Dragon with 318 Curves in 11 miles which has been a big discussion about having a rally on it which is ALL paved but it is a public road which is a well traveled road and the closest road next to it is 1 1/2 drive Detour since no other road is even close to it. The US Govt said Hell no but is considering a possibility in the future for an event (Hopefully).
