No need for marshalls there, the problem was that the other team didnt have the safety triangles out. Its one of the issues with FIA rules, they dont have specific rulling on triangle placement. But normally is 3 triangles on the side where the car is off, the 1st is 100 meters back.
Another problem was that the 2nd car was going to crash there no matter what, he was going to fast for that turn.
