Are you sure there were fatalities? A lot of the people looked like they were moving. And maybe next time they shouldn't be standing that close.

allthough you do have a point with the "why keep driving" part, i think it really is the spectators fault for standing there.
its nasty either way you look at it.

its not really the drivers fault that he skidded becaust it looked like the road was slippery, but he sholdnt of kept on going after hitting mutiple people....and if you watch the vid again, you see ppl do get up but they surround a couple of ppl who dont move after being hit

yup Nomad is 2quik4u... i wouldnt stop if i hit people...common people you know the consiquences of decision to stand by the road ESPECIALLY if its raining...thats why the camera man is where he is at....

exactly, i would be one of those people up hill from the entrance of a corner. Seen too many accidents like this to be stupid if i ever went a a rally event. just think about how many times this happened during the group B era with thousands of people lining the road.
