I saw in a magazine, a looooong time ago, that another 9FF porsche did 399km/h on Nardo Speedway and became the faster road car in the whole world. But 399 is not 400, the driver should have been really disapointed not to pass the 400. But 388 is really fast too even for a supercar, the Mac Laren have been f*cked!!!

Actually the Mclaren F1 was tested to 391 km\h, so no it wouldn't have been ****ed. Not to mention that Porsche had to be HIGHLY modified to get near the Mac F1.

Don't forget that the McLaren was built from the start to go that fast and has a price tag to prove it. This was actually 9ff's form of "real world" wind tunnel testing. The guys from 9ff are still a relatively new company and definately deserve some respect. My hat goes off to them.
