I went with a few friends to a Ferrari Track Day Event at Virginia International Raceway not too long ago and there was a RUF Porsche there. The guy is from Minnesota and drove all the way to just race for fun. He told me he raced on Pikes Peak too and races a lot around the US and Europe. Here is a pic and if anyone has any video or any other pics of this car then let me know.

Also speaking of Race cars I got to see a 333SP Ferrari (P1 or P2) car in person. Here is a pic of it too ....

Nice pics, great cars.

I think thats Steve Bedorfs´car

It looks great, but I think that even for competion that rear spoiler is a bit of an overkill

From what he said the extra wing on top was for more downforce thru the corners at high speeds. I think he said the car had around 600hp and handles like a dream. I had a chance to ride in it but at the time I was changing out some brake pads on my friends F40 that he brought to the track.

I have a little video of that car at Motorsport Ranch outside of Ft Worth, TX. I have a couple of friends who work for Ruf Auto Center in Dallas. Those cars are just insanely fast. If I get some time I'll see if I can host it.. then post a link.

I found out its actaully Steve Beddor's car which he owns. The car is a RUF CTR-2 Sports Coupe which is allwheel drive if im not mistaken. I about took a shyt in my pants when we came up to Turn 1 which is called the "Bytch curve" on the South Course at VIR at 160 mph. I saw my life flash before me which I have rode in many other exotics but he is a hell of a driver. http://www.centralpaporsche.org/more/rufday/
