You're really good, I just think you ought to start using more high resolution pictures, desktop sized. These make for the best results =P

My pictures was resizing when I host them on the net !!
I use photobucket !!

If you're using Photoshop, then instead of just saving do a "save for web" under the file menu, and then scale down "JPEG Quality" until it's under 250K. That's the only thing you need to do, I do it for all of mine =P
