Hi,I'm not that big pro in "toons",but for me that car looks nice.

Is it a true vector made in Illustrator or a rasterization in PS?

Either way It's pretty good.

It's a true vector, but only done in Photoshop using a combination of the pen tool, shape layers, and vector masks.
