Really need to know what year car you intend to swap into. The wiring architecture is more similar id you stick with a similar year engine swap.
89-90 240sx with Single cam KA24E KA24E with turbo=easy KA24DE with turbo=moderate CA18DET= easy SR20DET redtop=moderate SR20DET blacktop= little harder than redtop RB20DET=easy RB25DET=moderate + tranny tunnel mods 91-94 240sx with Twin Cam KA24DE KA24DE with turbo=easy CA18DET=moderate SR20DET redtop=easy/moderate SR20DET blacktop= little harder than redtop RB20DET=easy RB25DET=moderate + tranny tunnel mods 95-98 240sx with Twin cam KA24DE KA24DE with turbo=easy CA18DET=moderate SR20DET redtop= moderate SR20DET blacktop= easy RB20DET=easy RB25DET=easy |

Prices will vary with how much you pay for the engine and how familiar your mechanic of choice is with that motor. Is impossible for me to quote prices for someone else's work...
For 15 grand we could build just about anything you wanted except an RB26DETT with AWD. We could build one with and RB26 though! By the way you can put an RB26 in any of the cars above but I would rate the swap as difficult. But for 15 grand, hell yeah, bring it on! By the way, I have about 13 grand in mine, including the car! |

Nis you should start your own thread and get it stickied. Just have it be the Ultimate 240 Thread. Have that same list of engines but maybe a bit more detail about it, maybe some other options, common tuning tips and all. Seems alot of people ask the same sort of questions(like what motor will go in my 240). Also just post links to all sorts of info sites
