My grandpa is working on a rat rod...well just the motor now but he likes to do some crasy stuff. He is planing on cutting the insides of a supercharger and mounting the carb and little air filter. He is doing it for the look of the blower it will look like it is real like hoses and pullies but is it worth all the effort. I tried to talk him into fitting it with a working sc but he thinks it will be more custom. What's your guys thoughts?

Rat rods are cars that are made from parts that are taken from other cars. It's not a ford but it has a ford frame. The motor is a flathead V-8 block from a buick...i think...with caddy covers but it's not either of them. It's a jumble of parts but i think your right, rat-rods are known for their performance as dragsters but take in mind it is just going to be a show car too.
