I like to see your thoughts after a ride in a built BBC in a light car. . A Third gear charge with a built BBC in a TH400 is something youll tell your grandkids about. Im sure the Supra pulls , just something about large cubes.

No doubt,
I wanna know what a bowtie block 454 sbc feels like, would be interesting but since im not rich I don't see that motor landing between my fenders anytime soon lol. Big blocks are definatly in my future though, well see how long my small block lasts, when it finally gives up im gonna play with some rats. I love the write up in one of the past high performance chevy mags, title was "Import Killer", some 980 hp and like 800lbs of torque with a near stock GM crate 454 and a vortech supercharger. 93 pump gas. Thats a very tempting setup, espically for the price.

point: Lingenfelter Corvette (Stage II) uses twin turbos... 0-60 in 1.97 secs... and if you think about it, F1 cars would still use turbos if they hadnt been banned.

Or my power steering is going out. Back in the day when I had a lil 355 when I first bought my car it had a gear drive in it. Now the funniest thing was I was pulling up to the gas station (still pump gas then) and some old fart walks up and Im checking my oil and points down where the power steering was suppose to be and says "looks like you blew your power steering pump cause its whining like a SOB" And I laughed at looked at him and said Im lucky I can still steer the thing lol. Ahhh the good ole days.
