not that big of a deal, alot of carb intakes come with an area for injector bungs to be drilled if so needed.

ORIGINAL: r.barn

345rwhp ...... N/A with a turbo cam and 9.5-1 compression.

They think there is more left in the tune and my Moroso crank case
vac pump is not hooked up yet. Usually good for 10-20rwhp with good
positive crank case vacuum.

Will give yall a final N/A number, but after 8 months I'm SYKED !!!! and had to share.
R i figured it would have been higher than that even with the boost compression
only running 9.5-1 compression is going to kill an N/A motor
350rwhp = 425flywheel at 9.5 ..... not bad.

I lost a LOT of power when I did the head swap and lowered compression.
Big cams want 10-1 compression at least.
Was making 320rwhp, picked up 25+rwhp with nothing but cam and ignition upgrade

Redline is old numbers with RHS200 heads, CompCams XFI cam and 9.5 compression
Blue line is new numbers with only change being cam and ignition.

Turbo cam has ass backwards cam durrations too, due to exhaust pressures
in a turbo system.

She is ready for boost now.....
1. DIS ignition with crank pick-up
2. head swap to lower compression
3. fresh leak down test shows a healthy engine
4. custom turbo cam
Right after the first of the year.

I'm expecting 600+rwhp at 10-12psi
but will be happy with anything over 550rwhp

he is using a carb intake with an injection throttle body with injector bungs drilled into each port. as for the ignition.......... not a big deal, not used on alot of stangs but not something to scream about, hell my intrepid has a coil pack for each cylinder. he has more computer controls and alot more wiring.
