i got my self a 89 CRX thats going to be on the road with a good running D15 but i'm thinking about save till the winter and get a B18 and build it then put it in next spring.
hopefully by then the warranty will be out on my Passat then the mods will begin with that (i believe a APR chip to give it around 250HP and 300Tq) well anyway i was wondering if what anyone out there with an opinion thought about that. ![]()

if not that i would go with a b18c1 are u planning on boost or allmotor

put the b18 with a Sir head on and you'll be happy for a LONG time a k20 will rape you just with the price tag (5k$) and a crx is a great base you can make a real monster out of it if you do it the right way (plus you can swap parts from almost any honda) b18's depending the spec model are from 140hp to 210hp out of the box (pretty sweet for 1.8L) And some of em are LSD'd right off the line Proper weight reduction, sway bars you can most likely do yourself, and good suspension and you'll own alot!

oh yeah those engines are agressive as hell, they go from 800rpm to 7000 in a flash! And what cars were the race?

thats what i was thinking and the cars already striped with the exception of the dash and the front carpet no radio or anything ac is going to come out i wanna try and keep the heat for the winter.

Oh dude if you swap the b18 forget AC lol, and heater is a must, not just for winter, but anytime your engine will overheat, you drop the windows pop the top and pump the heater to max heat and max fan power to cool down the engine. Already stripped? you will be a street rapist
