i was interested in rewireing my fog lights so i can have them on when just my parking lights are on. unfortunately the car does not allow me to have them on, unless the headlights are on. i was thinking of just splicing the fogs into the 2 front parking lights in the haed light, but i am not sure if it will work. please help!

no dont do that. You must find which wire that activates the fog lamp relay when your headlights are on. then change that wire (which is energized when the headlights are on) to a parking light wire (which is energized when the parking lights are on. you will need a service manual and a test light to perfom this mod an it is possibly illegal due to your fog lamps WILL NOT turn off with your highbeams (which is illegal in my state PA)
